The Land - KSA starts ground work on its prestigious residential SR6.5 billion project Ajmakan. The majestic development that is built on 1.9 million sq m in Al Khozomah district, located in the northwest of the capital city of Riyadh was envisioned by famous Japanese designer Nikken Sekkie. Ajmakan, an elite desert community, is the first Saudi Arabian development from the emerging partnership of The Land Real Estate Investment & Development Company (The Land) and Alshoula Holding Group.
